Now in its 8th season, the Northwest International Film Festival (NIFF) continues to celebrate the best in independent cinema, bringing together filmmakers and audiences from around the world.

2,964 short-films
from 194 countries
Short films, 3-40 minutes in length in every genre. Films are reviewed by judges and winning entries are presented at NIFF venues during the season.
The festival debuts a diverse lineup of international voices alongside local filmmakers, offering a truly global perspective on storytelling through film.
As with all film festivals, these short films can only be viewed in a venue with a live audience. No NIFF films are available on the internet.
